Key location, plenty of local bars and restaurants to choose from, good value for money.
Poor customer service, stressed and snappy office manager, cleaners forgot to service the room, no apologies offered, room lacked basic facilities.

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, has nice views of the mountains. The building is gorgeous, the room is beautifully presented and well-equipped. Offers very good service and fabulous food. Parking is not an issue, as it's on-site. A really nice restaurant for good meals is available.

I loved the spacious studio with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. The hotel facilities were great with excellent wifi and a large array of beverages. The hotel is located right across the street from a great restaurant and is easy to find if driving from the station. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with directions for our day trips.
Nothing to mention.

Very accommodating and helpful staff. They were happy to go out of their way to let us use their kitchen when our booking got muddled and we didn't get a unit with a kitchen. They were happy to provide extra plates and towels when we needed them. Thank you
There was only the bathroom tap to fill up the kettle in our unit. It would have been nice to have a separate sink. There were a flies also.
